Field Engineer

Chris “Hawk” Hawkins is a Field Engineer for Acorn, primarily responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications, preparing permit applications, stormwater compliance reports, erosion and sedimentation control reports, and construction inspections for residential, commercial, municipal and industrial developments. He has technical responsibilities for civil/site design, construction oversight, and compliance functions at Acorn, including site assessment, inspection and reporting, and is involved with stakeholder engagement to deliver successful projects. He is a Maine licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, MI

This rare bird enjoys live music and dancing in the moonlight. You can find him flapping the dust off his talons wherever there’s good vibes and a dance floor. In winter Hawk enjoys skiing and can be found frequenting western Maine slopes, winging from peak to peak.
