John is a Class IV Resident Inspector at Acorn where he is primarily responsible for construction oversight and construction administration. His experience includes 24 years with the Maine Department of Transportation and 5 years with the United States Air Force. His specialties include but are not limited to project administration, inspection, and closeout of roadway construction projects. He also has experience in project management and the creation of project bid books.
John is NETTCP Paving Inspector Certified and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maine. He has a BS in Engineering-Civil from University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a MS in Human Resources from Chapman University in Orange, California. In his off-time, John enjoys hanging out with family, fixing things he broke in the garage, and riding minibikes.
