200 Valley

Acorn worked with Avesta Valley Street, LP for the environmental and site/civil elements of a five-story, nearly 15,000 square foot, 60-unit affordable residential building, on three adjacent parcels on Valley Street.  The building, set into the existing slope, takes advantage of the grade change to provide access to covered, structured parking areas from both Valley Street and C Street. The first floor offers a mix of utility rooms and office space in the front, with parking at the rear and an additional subgrade floor includes the remaining parking on site, providing a total of 40 spaces. Floors 2-5 are residential and include 11 efficiencies, 25 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom units.
