Eleanor Roberts is a Design Engineer at Acorn, primarily responsible for civil/site, utility, and stormwater design. She has experience using Civil3D, HydroCAD, Microsoft products, and GIS interpolating to aid in Acorns’ Civil Site design and plan development. Eleanor is a licensed Engineer Intern (E.I.) in Maine with her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a concentration in Environmental Engineering. Eleanor’s projects include permitting and design work for development and redevelopment for single and multi-family, subdivision, commercial, religious, and institutional projects. Additional responsibilities include grading and stormwater design, preparation of the construction plan sets, and involvement in every level of the permitting process.
Outside of the office, Eleanor enjoys hiking and gardening, and enjoying the art, music, and food scene of the Greater Portland area.
