Jarrod is a Class IV Resident Inspector on multiple MaineDOT highway projects for Acorn during the summer. In this role he is primarily responsible for construction oversight and construction administration, inspection of roadway and urban infill development, managing project administration utilizing Field Manager and Mobile Inspector for MEDOT. He also develops the following materials for the construction site resident: Closeout Documentation, Labor Interviews, DREWS, DBE CUF forms and Accident Reports.
In the winter Jarrod is a design engineer providing support to our civil site development team providing urban redevelopment and civil/site design consulting services, including but not limited to design, drafting, and construction oversight.
Jarrod’s certifications are as follows: Engineering Intern Certification, State of Maine, April 2011; NETTCP HMA Paving Inspector Certification, December 2018 ; Maine DOT LPA Certification; OSHA 10. Jarrod has a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine in Orono.
